We were stuck in traffic but when the turn around lane available i checked and turned into it, but then some dumb bitch riding on the shoulder hit me. She then told the cops it was my fault cause icut her off, then i got a ticket. I plan to take this to court, but is their anyway to make it so she has to pay for my damages as well?
