Hi I got cut with a scissor on the outer part of my ear (not cartilage). It bled profusely, so dabbed a tissue with Dettol liquid and applied it. I got home, had a shower and then applied Dettol cream. I visited a docter the next day and he said if i had come the day i got cut he would have given me a stitch. He put me on Zoxil 500mg anti biotics and an anti bacterial cream. What are the possibilities of bacterial infection of my ear and that cabbage ear fear I have. Will these anti biotics clear the onset of infection and problems at my ear?
I got cut on my ear at the barber. Infection/ healing thoughts?
