i got arrested for a domestic will i be drug tested?

i live in winnebago county the judge told me the rules and one of those was to stay away from drugs and alcohol... now does he have to say that... or do you think he will drug test me... im only on court supervision till august.. and i have court on the 22nd of july... i havent done anything yet... but i want to know if its safe for me to smoke. by the way this is my first offense.
 
Do you really think a judge would order you not to use drugs, and not check to see if you're stupid enough to use them anyway?
