...hubby. Do I have to go? In a nutshell I thought he was cheating started packing and ended up in a tug o war with a box. The box hit me in the eye, I got P/O n dialed 911. (idiot) He hangs it up then goes to work. The cops show up and of course w/blackeye in tow wouldnt go away. Basically I didnt press charges but the DA did. "My Husband Has NEVER Laid a Pinky On Me". I called the DA & sorta went off & now they are trying to get me to go to court as a witness....QUESTION....Since he's my husband, they cant force me to go to court correct???? HELP PLS
