i got an email from a guy in s.africa who needs to send me $10M, however he

wants me to send $20k first...? ...for administration purposes.

Now he is from the Oil Sector, and that industry does have that kind of money, so do you think I'd be 'covering all my bases' if I just sent half the amount to begin with?

I've heard of these people with their ideas. Don't do it, it's only a SCAM to get money from another person!
