what to do with it? I live in Ohio and lived in a city where we have RITA, and apparently I have a subpoena to appear in court with all my tax information. I don't have any information of the 2 years that are listed which is 2006 and 2008. However, I remember paying a lump-sum of $388 in the beginning of the year which I do believe is from these years, but I remember not filing it...Is it a possibility I won't have to pay but they just want the information on file of what I made these years? Is there any possibility of being able to get your W2's from 2006 and 2008?
I got an Administrative Subpoena Duces Tecum in the mail, and I'm not sure
