I Got Adobe Flash CS4, How Do I Use Flash Files?

I bought Adobe Flash today 9way too much for just a program) and I downloaded a template for a image gallery, how do I use the actual flash file when it comes with an XML file, folders of images, a SWF file, and .FLA file and something saying to "COPY THIS CODE"?

Are there any tutorials online to help me with this?
