well it look like the oil is coming from the filter the bike was ok in to I put to much oil
and yes has problem with power but star good but no power

I believe you meant, put too much oil IN IT. Putting oil on it would do nothing to harm performance. What do you mean it does not have power? Will it start? If it starts where is the power lacking-in low, mid or high range? You state there is oil on the floor coming from the bike-is it seeping out from around the oil drain plug? I can't picture too many other places unless you have a hole in your case somewhere or a leaking seal or gasket.

I think you are dealing with 2 seperate issues-too much oil would not harm engine performance unless it fouled the plug-which should not happen if the rings are doing there job.

Without knowing where the oil is coming from and why, it is impossible to tell how expensive the repairs are gonna be.

have you emptied the oil back out now?
you need to do this then fill it back to the proper level. if you don't the bike will lose power as you stated but get dangerously hot also. once drained though it should run like normal.
an the oil that you see on the floor is the oil tryin to escape from the engine so the more you turn it over with it on the more damage you will do
