I got a summon for driving bike and I plead not guilty, I want to change

this and plead guilty, how? I actually got two summons,by NYPD in two different days, one is for reckless stop of the bike on the sidewalk, and the second for driving of the bike on the sidewalk, and for both of them I plead not guilty. and one summon is for 5 dollars and the second for 10 dollars. I never got this before and I don't know if I did it right sending them this summon and pleading not guilty. What do you people think? I don't want to go to judge, I just want to pay this and be out. So i thought if I send the summon to the court they maybe will drop the case, did I did it right doing this? Not I think I made a mistake sending them this summon and pleading not guilty. How this everything works, because I never been in this situation. Is there is a way I could call the court and tell them that I plead guilty? Because I don't want to get in any more trouble, I just want to pay the summon, and the date that is on the summon. Because summons says that if I plead not guilty, they will respond to me, and all of these other things... and I will have to go for trial and other things, I don't want this. Can I change this some way?
