do they just ask you questions or do you have to talk/explain thing? i got a letter saying that i have to attend a supoena with my dad. the letter says that I have to testify against some dude & that my dad has to bring me..but I'm only 15? what happens if I don't show up & only my dad goes?
I got a subpoena, do I have to show up?
