Ok so i was coming home from a friends house and got a ticket for doing 70 in a 55, i was "clocked." I live in PA first off, and am aware of the rules about distance being .3 miles and such. The box for clocked is checked. He claims he was following me what I would guess is about 2.7 miles, he claims three... He turned his lights on about .5 miles later... He does not list 51. miles followed 52. miles timed 53. seconds timed...
I can not see how with that said he can prove anything as he does not have down the distance, just the locastion of the two exits...and he was following me longer than that, I know that for a fact, but I cannot prove that... or can I... help please!!
