I got a photo radar in Germany what should i do?

I wouldn't pay it. No reason to. I went to visit my girlfriend in college all the time. I got close to $2000 in parking tickets from the college. Never paid one.
 
I went on a trip to europe and i got caught speeding in my rental car while i was in germany. i didnt think much of it until this week i got 6 page document in german rewarding the ticket. Obviously when i signed the rental agreement i become responsible for any traffic violation, my question is.. would this affect my driving record here in the united states if i dont pay that fine?

That's a good question. I would probably say no since it was another country. But in the usa if you get a ticket in arizona and live in maine and not pay it then they will suspend your drivers license.

Not a chance in a billion. There is no way they can get you. Don't ever talk to them about it either or they will mess with you and try to get you to pay. The second they find that you are out of country they will delete it.
