got a new phone - palm pre !?
i just recently got the palm pre cell phone but im having problems with it. i hate it. the screen keeps freezing on me and i try to take the battery out or let it die then re-charge it but it doesn't work. i also took it back to Bell but they told me that theres no point in sending it back because its too much of a hassle. they also told me that i cant give the phone back to them if I've used more then 30 Min's of talk time... so i feel stuck. i don't know what to do with this phone and its so difficult to work, ive read the whole info book it comes with but still have no clue about how to work it!
what should i do? im afraid to use it to because it feels like its going to break in my hand! they key board works but the screen keeps freezingg.
