...the neutral light dont work ? the lights just stopped working and the LED s seem fine so does anyone know where the switches are thanks ?

Over-weight,under-powered... just kidding had ya going for a sec huh? No John, the F Wads never do sleep.They just lurk here waiting to see the word Harley so they can tell us how superior they are.
Since both lights just quit is probably isn't the sending units.I'd say it is a bad ground that's the trouble.Use a test light or a voltmeter clipped to a good ground and see if you have power to the light with the key on.If so then find the ground for that circuit and check it.
