...was totaled? I got a fix it ticket on my motorcycle for a non visible plate on November 26, 2009, but on December 3, 2009 on my way to work I got hit by another vehicle, and I was seriously hurt, and my motorcycle was totaled by the guys insurance company. On Monday which is 3-15-10 I have to go see the clerk to pay the $25 fine, but what do I do in this situation where I wasn't able to fix the violation due to the accident that happened to me, and my motorcycle. I have many proof to show the clerk that I was involved in this accident, and that the bike was totaled by the insurance company. Thank you for your response.

You have to go before a judge and explain what happened. Bring in all your information regarding the accident you were involved in for the judge to see, and he/she most likely will dismiss the ticket at that point and that will be the end of that.
Hope you are feeling better these days.
