I got a fake replacement of earphones from an Apple ASP in India. What do I do?

Their name is imagine and they list themselves as Apple Authorised Service Providers and they actually are. My earphones (9 months old) weren't working so I got them replaced at imagine. The replacement I got was not genuine. Knock-offs have tell-tale signs that they are fake. What do I do now?
PS: They broke after 5 days of use.
