i got a deposit refund from my last apartment. now they are saying i owe $300. do i

have to pay, or their loss They mailed me a list of all the things they took off for and i got $187 back. they mailed me a revised version which i received the same day as the check and they forgot to put they paid $500 to replace the carpeting because i had a pet. is it their fault for not listing it, or because they mailed me a correction do i have to pay?
