N ny.ilia New member Apr 1, 2010 #1 I got a cell phone ticket in nyc, but i was not using the phone i was just holding it. didn't call or text anyone.. am i guilty or not? what do you think? i can show a cellphone bill that there was no calls made or texts send around that time.
