Hi, I had a accident, I was driving in Green Light suddenly a Lady from right side Run the red light and Hit my car, I believe she knew that the light is red but couldn't stop the car. Then she was saying that it is her fault, bla-bla-bla, After Police came she deny her words and told that I was driving in red light, Unfortunately there was no witness or camera, Which make the situation 50/50. After a while my Insurance company made it my fault, It is Ridiculer, I was in Shock. The police report says also that it's 50/50, no witness, So My Insurance paid all her expenses, what can I do Now? Please Give me Advise. Should I go to the small claims court or what?
