I got $19,000 financial aid? but confused..?

TOday my page said total financial aid $19,325!
but i dont quite understand does this mean i got a full ride to college?
is it paying for tuition room and board??
The school i want to go to is 18,000.
well i dont know wat school u going ot but i guess you can google your school and look for financial aid.
And well log in or something

u gotta remember you need to pay for books too =D
