...not paying rent. Which? false they tried to take me to court years ago but the alligations was false. Now they sending me to court making up lies saying Im noisy HOW?? that's their made up version I never got a warning or no calls. The reason why they didn't get their rent cause things needed fix in this apartment but they would have their money before THE COURT DATE, PAID IN FULL!!!
I recieve a letter from their attornies saying I have to call them, which I have been calling sending them my plea of the story, how I get treated at this complex(Im not the only one disrespect by ppl at the real estate or talked down to) I emailed them pictures of how this slumlord dont take care of this complex. Everything is writen out to the best of my knowledge I have court the 18th of Janurary IM ASKING how long would I really have to move after *the court date*. I was suppose to go to court before (for same sh!tay complex) didnt make it to stress, I recieved another court date which the plantiff dismiss because they know it was all lies!!! I want to know how does this sound thus far.. Their lawyer did say "they are the medicore" they trying to settle before we go to court saying Im not budging anda they're not buding(real estate) specially cause Ive been sending them how this apt handle business
