I've gotten this sensation for a few years every now and then but it mostly occurs when I'm just sitting down. In the episodes i find it hard to fully breath b/c of the unbearable sting and certain positions like laying on a side or moving my arm often lead to an increase of pain in the area. I am a 16 yr old male and i do not have a serious medical history. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
