recently when i do arm curls i get a sharp pain on the sides of my arms. i am new to weight lifting and been doing it for 2 weeks. the 6th time i did arm curls i decided to do six sets rather then my usually 3. the next day i got this sharp pain. the next time i did it there was less pain, but i still get it almost every time. the first time i tried it there was no pain and i enjoyed working out. what is this pain im getting(and dont say no pain no gain)? is there something i can wear to help take off the stress?
