I found wap.cingular? what is this?

on my husband usage details for ATT, i found wap.cingular, what is this? this was under internet media net.. So just wondering wap stand for, cingular?? any help.. Also in help in telling me, when it says internet media net, what is that? Sorry, this happen when he is away from home, thanks
