these strange things what do? a brownish orangish paper that was on the last page saying

and then i found these cars that were in a pocket supposedly said to read the future with these instructions and i also found this chart called sigillum mysteriorum
Then there was a letter on the inside of the front cover yellow saying something in italian? and it signed Marie Regina (i think thats italian) 1518 and looks like a child wrote it. the book has pockects and letters and drawing in a brownish ink then it has a chart with the stars of every thing(capricorn, pisces, taurus, cancer,leo.....)
Theres a lot more but what is this? many things in the book arre signed marie regina.

yea i found out marie regina is mary tudor in italian and marie regina is her signature. freaked out.......
