I'm actually atheist, i just wanted to get everyone's attention because I know this is a very populated section. So if you don't mind please offer your opinion. Thanks
So I let my friend borrow my guitar amplifier. It broke and he says it broke by itself. I know for a fact the he broke it because he always plays loud music and when loud music is always played the amp will eventually short out. He won't give me the money for a new one or at least replace it the old one. What should I do?
I can't take him to Judge Judy. I live in Canada.

we stopped being friends for a while now and now i just want my amp back from him
