I found a picture off the web of my favorite sports team and want to blow it up to

an 8x10 or 5x7.? I right clicked, hit save, saved it to memcompact flast card, but when I printed it off the megapixels were all messed up and it was a fuzzy picture. How can I do this the correct way??
