I found a gps tracker on the bottom of my car, I'm trying to find out how to erase it?

its an antaris 4, its black in a rectangular shape with a usb port to plug it into your computer on the side. i tried plugging it in and downloading the software for it, but i need the info on it gone and i dont know how to erase it. thanks for any tips or suggestions.
and i have windows vista if that helps anything
