EYES LIKE DIAMONDS

Ok i found some fossil when i was breaking rocks in my backyard. And i found a fossil ( swear to god ) and it looks like little rings then it gets bigger and bigger. It kind of looks like a shell or a ringed slimy animal. It cant be a leaf because its to deep for a leaf. At least a couple of milimeters deep.
Actually it doesnt even look like a shell! more a clam. But then i looked up clam fossils and it didnt match up. It kind of looks like the shape of a oval clam but with the look of stairs. thats how deep each line is.
What the heck is this thing? or what do you think it is? and how much it could be worth.
