I never saw a cricket in my bed before. The only thing I can think of is that my sheets were hanging down near the window sill. Do you think one came in from outside and crawled up the sheets onto my bed? Its night where I am and it freaked me out. I put it in a bottle for now and I don't want to harm the thing. I don't hear any noise coming from it, but it is a cricket, that I know.
Should I be concerned that I'll see thousands more? This cricket was an adult for sure as its HUGE. I never hear chirping in my room or even outside my room as my room is on the top floor... Think its just a random happening or should I be looking for more?
I almost killed it, but I hear both grasshopers and crickets are good luck and so, I kinda feel bad about killing it. I plan to keep it in the bottle until tomorrow morning I'll let it free. It has no air in there, but I think it'll be okay, I hope.
