...not i the car fax the dealer ga? the car fax the dealer gave me did not say it was in an accident i found out the next day from another dealer who showedme an updated car check list and that the finance had not been submitted because this new car dealer uses the same finance company so i took the car back and showed them the new car check list they said they didnt know and they didnt inspect the car just went by what the car fax said and wouldnt take the car back because the finance had already gone thru which was a lie because i purchased a car after i left that one with the dealer and they used the same finance company i got home and the first car was in my driveway mind you the dealership is 100 miles from my home since the finace was not finilized when i left the car and would not be because the value of the car was less then what they wanted it financed for do i own the car or does it still belong to the dealership
