I forgot the security code for my Nokia cell phone?

I recently changed the security code and now I can't access my phone. I've tried over 5 time now and 12345 and the last 4 digits of my number don't work. Should I just go to the place where I bought my phone and let them reset it? Would they need the memory card while they reset it?
 
If you forgot the security code you have to reset you mobile............ Its the only way to use your mobile again. After resetting you can enter a new security code again.
