I forgot the name of a movie, it was a horror.?

Okay, so there was this girl and she moved in with her dad and his fiance. The girl had a sister named Alex. So the 2 sisters began suspecting that the mom was like evil or something. Then they went to this person's funeral and saw ghost children. She tried to talk to them but they disappeared. So they stole the fiance's purse and got her driver's license. It turned out that what they called her wasn't her real name or something. So they researched her on the internet and found that she murdered those children and she died or something, and then they tried to tell the dad but he didn't believe them and the wife had heard what they were telling him and she got all mad and when the dad left she tried to kill them. But what happened to their mother in the beginning was that she was burned. So they tried to kill the mom and succeeded, but it was Alex who killed her. Then her father came home and saw what had happened. And it turned out that the girl was the one who killed her and she was just illusinating her sister Alex, who has been dead for like 10 years. And she was the person who set the building where the sister and mom died at. And she went to some crazy institute then the movie ended. I really liked it but I can't remember the name of it, does anybody know?
