I Forgot show name! has plastic army men in it?

ok this show i watched was about plastic army men, no one talks in the movie just some grunts and yells but what happens is the main character is an assassin and he kills the toy maker and he has this little ballerina thing. the assassin goes into his apartment and then the get Package from the toymaker, its the plastic army men so hes like huh!, he proceeds to the bath that is like outside then the plastic army men move out and one goes into the tub and cuts the assassin. then they fight. but in the end he fights a guy who has a mini nuke on his back while in the elevator and it blows up. I saw it on the sci fi channel
