I forgot my password and my account information is not matching up with my profile?

I forgot my password for my yahoo ID. I clicked on forgot my password and it asked for my birthday, country of residence, and zipcode, but when I type in my information it says it doesn't match with the info. on my profile. What do I do?
 
if you get another password just make it a simple one so you dont forget it, pick one like , forget . forgot, forget 1 forget 2 , some thing simple , then you might not forget
