I forgot my admin password at verizon.com?

You know when you type in your IP Address in the address bar, and you put in admin as the username, and your password. Well, I forgot that password. And we only have Verizon for our connection, not out cell phones. I tried to call them, but, they just asked for the phone I was calling about. Any help?
