I've always had this problem. When I wake up I really cannot eat. I usually only drink a glass of juice and/or water then go about my day. The only time that I ate at least 3 times a day was when I had a very slow sales job. I would sit on my butt all day and order food when I was hungry and I actually gained weight. Now I'm back in the service industry business and I eat before I go to work (I force myself to) and I'll scarf down the staff meal, but after about 2 hours of walking I'm starving again.
By then I'm too busy to eat and then I go past hunger, and only crave water. It's an endless cycle. On my days off I usually sleep a lot because I'm so tired. But I know if I ate more, I wouldn't be so tired. I'm trying to figure out how to eat more and take care of myself. I should add that I had this problem while I was in college.
I'd wake up, grab a smoothie, go to classes, then I'd get very hungry, but go past the hunger point where I'm not longer hungry. I've always been thin, but I really do worry about my health now. I'm tired of always losing weight and being hungry. Any advice?
I'm 28... naturally thin... 5'5 and weigh about 106lbs.
