i flashed my xbox and i want to download xbox 360 games but dont know how to do it.

help? ok so i just got my xbox flashed and seen you could download 360 games from TPB (the pirate bay) does anyone know how to do this correctly? like what CD's i should use/programs etc.. or if theres a better site to download games from? and could you put it into steps please (: thank you
