I fell off my bike and landed on my head... concussion?

okay so i was going down this hill my friend made and they made the jump bigger since the last time i rode it so i was going really fast down it, thinking it wasnt a big drop and i go off it full speed and my front wheel hits the ground first, i go flying and i dont really remember the rest, i woke up on the ground the everything was spinning and i couldnt breathe and i felt paralyzed. and im on the ground crying and i try to get up and i fall back down so im there for like 15 minutes ... this happened yesterday, my left shoulder is really stiff, my abdominal area hurts to laugh or cough, and it hurts to move my neck to the right and the right side of my back hurts. i also have a headache. i feel a lot of pressure on my head when i bend down and get bigger headaches. could i have a concussion?
