I need to fit into a strapless dress(allready bought) for a special event in two weeks. Today i was riding my bike along the road because i was on my way to a friend's and suddenly a speeding car that quickly turned his corner nearly hitting my back tire startled me and i ended up falling off the bike backwards and my back ending up right on the rocks. I looked up and the guy was no where to be found.. great i thought as i got up in pain. I turned around and walked home with a torn shirt, scratched elbows, and small bruise on my butt however luckily the bike was still in mint condition. I looked in the mirror mortified at the large scratch going right across my upper back. I need to heal this scratch fast or else my money for that strapless dress will just go to waste. I heard certain foods, exercises, and even products can speed healing, but i don't really know any of them so i need you to help me out! Please a little more advice then just polysporin thanks please!
