If you cut yourself hte body automatically creates a bump on the skin to fight infection. It's ok. Don' worry

i know one time when that same thing happened to me, I just ignored it, two weeks later I pulled a tiny pebble/rock out from under my skin, but nothing bad happend, it was just sore
