i feel weird and kind of depressed?

ok so im 13 and i went with my aunt today to a funeral cuz her friend's dad died. and i thought seeing an open casket wasnt going to be a big deal. well i saw the person who had pased in the open casket and i was fine. i just didnt get to close. but now i feel kind of weird and depressed. oh and btw that was my first funeral ever and i used to have ocd. and i get treatment for ocd
 
It is normal to feel depressed after someone died, especially if you saw the dead person. like you. You need to talk to someone close like your aunt or your parent. Try to avoid thinking about it. Listen to some happy music or watch a funny movie. Talk to your friends or a sibling or anyoneeeeeeeeeee
