I don't know what's wrong with me, I used to be in perfect shape last year. I was 5'3" and 92 pounds, and now I'm 5'5" and like 121 pounds. But over the last year I've been exercising alot and I notice some muscle, but I still feel huge. When I look in the mirror I am discusted by the ugly piece of shit that stares right back at me. I have horrible self esteem/confidence too. I do not think I'm pretty.
I made my high school's cheer team and I've always dreamed of being a flyer. I have the flexibility and I can do all of the tricks and stuff, but I am most likely too heavy. Do you guys have any tips/suggestions on how to eat/exercise so I could drop the weight FAST? I want to lose at least 16 pounds by the end of summer. I don't necessarily want to be anorexic skinny, but I want to be light, but also have muscle. But barely any fat, like a gymnast, kind of.
