i feel sick around 12:00 am every day why is this (im a 14 year old guy)?

i feel sick and some time craps my guts out why is this?
my mom told me to stop eating after dinner but im hungery.
I get to the point that i have to play to god for forgiveness for my sins

plz help me im in desperate need of help. can some1 get a doctor on here to tell me wats wrong with me please :(

i dont like missing school :(
i hope i dont have cancer
12:00 am is about the time i goto bed for the night
i wake up about 4:40 am
