Ok i have been a dental assistant now for 5 years. I went to school for it and had a very good job. i moved to another state and that is why i no longer work there. So i just applied at a dental office in my new town. i went in and gave them 3 hours of my time to show my skills and went through 2 interviews all in a matter of 2 days. I have great skills great references and a clean record as far as reliability. I was asked by the offices finanail adviser to take what he called a behavioral assessment. Well it turned out to have a bunch of math questions and just a bunch of thugss i did not even understand!!! i did the best i could but i know it has nothing to do with dental assisting and i might notget this is job becausecouldn'tuldnt answer all 60 questions in 15 min. I think this was all crap and i feel that i was put on the spot for oknowledgeledge and not for the job im being hired for!!! After this is seriously dont want to work for a place that is so nit picky !!! I really feel like im being picked apart and judged!! Any suggestions???Comments??????
