I feel really sick :( what is this?

I'm under the weather and I have this constant stuffy nose, especially in one nostril. All day today, everytime I breathe in that clogged nostril, it felt like it was burning.. it really hurt to breathe in and out. Then, it starts getting really runny. I have kind of watery eyes but its not an allergy because I feel Real Bad. My head is pounding, like throbbing. It started aching on one side but then, its like all over I feel like I'm in that Gushers commercial like my heads gonna explode. Then, it started aching all over my forehead, like a sinus headache. Mostly sneezing, feeling like crap, headaches..

What do I have and what should I do?
