I just don't like it 
Can't go on birth control pills because I don't think it's serious enough but I don't want to deal with it!!!!!
I feel grumpy and moody and I'm really mean to my family and they don't understand and then I get in trouble. How can I deal with this?
Also, I'm 14, and started my period about a year ago, but only recently started to feel sick the past couple times I've had it. Thanks
Also, my mom doesn't feel sick or even really get cramps, so she doesn't help much.
