I feel pain in my left chest when i laugh, cough?

I am 15 years old and smoking for 3 years 1 cigarettes per day. Now i feel some pain in my left side of lower chest when i laugh or cough. I don't want to tell parents about that because they might know that i smoke. What causes that pain???
