I feel like i need to be skinnier but i don't have time for the gym what does it mean...

...if i consider bulimia? I consider bulimia an option on how to loose weight because i don't have time for the gym. I work really hard in school and have all honors classes. The pressure is too much for me and i often have melt downs. I cry for no reason and spend a lot of time alone. When I am around people I try to act happy so no one notices but I am very sad most of the time. I hate my life and my mom has considered sending me to therapy but I have managed to convince her I am happy but I'm not. I think bulimia would be a good solution to my depression and weight problems. Will someone tell me if these are normal teenage girl insecurities?
