I always hurt my neck. Obviously I'm doing them wrong...
even at times when I'm doing one that doesn't hurt my neck, I hate them so much.
I mean, I don't like exercises for legs, arms, etc. but I can get through them. I have trouble getting through ab workouts, even if I am capable of them.
But I really, really want to get a nice, flat,strong tummy within the next 5-6 months.
Can you suggest any workouts that might be better for me?
